How do I get information about my room number and door code?
  1. You have been sent a letter requesting payment for your reservation.
  2. Please make the payment by clicking on the link provided in the letter.
  3. After successful payment, you will receive a confirmation.
  4. If you have not received confirmation, please make sure your payment went through or contact the call center at tel.+370 682 000 40.
  5. On the day of arrival until 15:00, you will receive information with your room number and door code in the SMS and email.
  6. We wish you a nice stay!
What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in at the hotel is from 15:00 and check-out is until 11:00. If requested, an earlier arrival or a later departure is possible. If you wish to change your arrival or departure time, please contact us by e-mail vilnius@amberton.lt or tel. +370 682 000 40. Additional fees may apply.

How to get an invoice for an individual or a company?

If you need an invoice for the company, please add a comment with the company’s details to the order information or contact us by e-mail vilnius@amberton.lt. We will send the invoice after your stay to the e-mail address provided.

How to extend my reservation?

To extend the reservation, please contact us by e-mail vilnius@amberton.lt or phone +370 682 000 40 / Whatsapp (messages, calls and videos).

How do I check-out?

You do not need to do anything in order to check out of the room. Check-out time is until 11 a.m. If you are unable to do so until then, please contact us on +370 682 000 40 / Whatsapp (messages, calls and videos).

PARKING IN A HOTEL AND THE CITY
Where can I park my car during my stay?

We have an underground parking garage for a limited number of spaces and do not accept advance parking reservations. So please call an hour before arrival and if there are any spaces available we will be happy to accommodate your car. Parking costs 30 EUR/night.

If there are no spaces in our underground garage, we suggest the following alternative parking options:

  1. Street parking: it is possible to pay for parking by card, cash or telephone at the parking machines. There is a blue parking area around the hotel. In the blue zone, parking is paid Mon-Sun 08:00-24:00. Parking fee is 2.50 EUR/hour.
  2. The cheapest parking near the hotel is 6 EUR for 24 hours or 0.60 EUR per 1 hour. Parking is 850 meters away from the hotel in T.Kosciuszko str. 1A, Vilnius: https://goo.gl/maps/qDmstc4BphNZVxK1A

Upon arrival you will see a brown garage door marked HOTEL PARKING. Enter your access door code on the adjacent keypad and if the entered code is correct, the green light will be lit.

Where and when is the hotel breakfast served?

Breakfast is served in the restaurant on the ground floor:

I-V 7:00-10:00

VI-VII 8:00-11:00

Is breakfast included?

When booking a room, you can choose to stay with or without breakfast. You can check if you have breakfast included in your booking confirmation or by contacting us at vilnius@amberton.lt or +370 682 000 40 / Whatsapp (messages, calls and videos).

What is the restaurant's opening hours and phone number?

The hotel restaurant is “Stebuklai Bistro”. Opening hours are:

Can we order food to the room?

In your hotel room you will find the room menu. To make a room order, please contact the restaurant at +370 694 98978 or 612 by calling from your hotel room. There is a charge of 10 EUR for food delivery.

How to use free electric scooters?

During your stay at the hotel you can use our electric GO GREEN scooters for free! To use the scooter, please contact us at +370 682 000 40 / Whatsapp (messages, calls and videos), give your room number, name and the number of the scooter you want to use. We will provide you with all the remaining information by phone.

How to book a taxi?

To book a taxi during your stay, please contact us at +370 682 000 40 / Whatsapp (messages, calls and videos).

We can arrange your transfer to and from the airport:

Taxi service with airport pick-up – 35 EUR;

Taxi service to the airport – 23 EUR;

To order a taxi service with confidence at the airport, please indicate the flight number, guest name and arrival time at the e-mail address vilnius@amberton.lt.

Is it possible to leave the luggage for storage before check-in or after check-out?
