Are you planning to organize a conference in our hotel? At Amberton Hotel Klaipėda you will find 5 conference halls with all the necessary technical equipment.

K-Centre Hotel’s conference center (K-Centre) attracts attention with its modern minimalism. On the ground floor you will find three conference halls, each of which can accommodate from 40 to 100 participants. Mobile partitions allow to modify the halls into one common space, accommodating up to 350 participants, just the perfect space for international conferences, because the hall is provided with simultaneous interpreter equipment.

VIP conference hall is situated on the 20th floor of the K-Centre and has an especially large area of 114 sq m. Through the windows of the hall you can enjoy the exceptional views: from one side you can see the Sea Gate and dimpled waters, and on the other side the red roofs of the old town rising towards the sky.

Coffee breaks A coffee break with fresh aromatic coffee, Sandwiches, fruits, tea and sweets is an attribute of any good conference. Hungry? There are 3 restaurants located in the hotel – the panoramic VIVALAVITA and XII, and the spacious restaurant-gallery Klaipėda. Also, there is a Lobby Bar which is a great place for meetings over a cup of coffee or drinks.

Technical equipment In all conference halls of Amberton Hotel Klaipėda you will find:

  • presentation easel with notepad and markers;
  • note pads for the participants and writing accessories;
  • screen;
  • TV-video equipment (advance notification required).

For an additional fee you can order the following equipment available at Amberton Hotel Klaipėda:

  • multimedia projector;
  • simultaneous interpretation equipment;
  • portable headset microphone;
  • portable computer.
